findable 3 When I tried to search for pollutant emissions in Rio de Janeiro I couldn't find it, but because of the experience filling the national survey, I knew that if I searched for "air quality" I would find it more easily.
findable_steps 1) I looked at google for "Air Quality Rio de Janeiro", 2) I found the link for the MonitorAr project; 3) I checked with a specialist to see if that was the best source.

usability 1 Some effort is necessary to understand the specifics of this kind of data. You also need to copy and paste the information in a machine-readable format in order to further work with this data. So I consider it very difficult to use data, even though it is available everyday for consultation.
collector_name SMAC/RJ - Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente da Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro Data is provided by a project called "MonitorAr-Rio", an agreement between the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, through its Environment Secretariat with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Petrobras, the brazilian state-owned petroleum company. Data can be obtained through the Environment Secretariat (SMAC) link.

There are nine in the city of Rio de Janeiro, eight fixed and one mobile. The mobile one had no data due to temporary relocation.
